Good spa products utilise the power of aromatherapy and skin conditioning extracts and bio active ingredients to nourish you. Each of the products in our collection can be used individually or as a step by step process to create an entire home spa sanctuary experience. If you already have good products, please don't buy more. But do treat yourself to a relaxing spa at least once!

My everyday

As a maker of nourishing body products, I often get asked about my daily routine. With so many of us now at home, it's so important to look out for yourself and family so I am sharing my routine.

We always start out day with some yoga to awaken our senses, and keep our muscles tones and circulation flowing. Yoga works on the body and mind to bring everything into synchronicity which is particularly important during times of stress. It also helps to improve digestion, calm anxiety and stimulate our immune system - and set you up perfectly for the day.

Following yoga I put a little lemon in water to kick start our digestion and flush out toxins. Making sure we get in around 2 litres of water throughout the day, including herbal tea.

Breaking fast around 12 with a meal base of vegetables and protein, there are so many ways to be creative with roasting vegetables and creating rainbow salads with fruit and vegetables. Snacks are berries and almonds and dinner is lean protein and salad or vegetables and 2 pieces of dark chocolate.

Deeper care and skincare

This is my routine and I use my own products, but of course if you have your own, go right ahead and use them. We have developed skin care techniques and routines to nourish and enhance your well being at every level.

We utilise the power of aromatherapy and skin conditioning native extracts and bio active ingredients. Each of our products can be used individually or as a step by step process to create your own home spa sanctuary experience.

Exfoliation

Not only does exfoliation remove dirt and built up toxins but improves circulation which is known To help to reboot the immune system and enhance the body's natural detoxification process. OrganiQ scrubs naturally soften the skin as well as work to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

I love our Native Honey Scrub because it contains nothing synthetic and includes ingredients that have been used for centuries in health and healing - Kangaroo Island Sea Salt and Wild Ligurian Bee Honey that can only be found on the 517 million year old coastline of Kangaroo Island. It is not only good for you, but it's important to me to be sharing the story of the bee and spreading the message of sustainability.

Aromatherapy

I believe that lowering stress is one of our strongest weapons for immune defence. We use ingredients such as lavender, rose and eucalyptus which all have known benefits on the mind and body. Rose is known to uplift the heart and help to quieten anxiety so a Rose Mist is a beautiful and energising mist first thing in the morning or throughout the day to refresh and re energise.

Weekly Mask

I actually do a weekly mask twice a week, especially during times of stress and exposure to the elements. Clay Masks are designed to not only draw out toxins but also help to regenerate skin cells and stimulate collagen. Which brightens complexion and leaves the skin feeling firm and fresh.

Daily cleanse and conditioning

I avoid soap based cleansers simply because they are drying. I personally use an oil based cleanser that also conditions. It helps to break down thicker dirt and toxins and replaces it with essential nutrients without stripping the skin of its natural oils. By feeding your skin with vitamins and minerals and natural emollients to seal in moisture, you improve elasticity and enhance your skin's natural radiance and glow.

I use a rose quartz roller to apply this in the evening as massage helps the skin to absorb and also reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Daily cream

I do a cleanse and condition in the morning as a pre serum to my day cream routine. I use a rich and light weight moisturiser including calming Kangaroo Island Lavender oil and mineral rich sea salt.

Our final touch is always a natural tinted moisturiser and sunscreen so that our skin is protected with SPF. Whether 20 minutes or two hours it is paramount that your skin is protected from the sun ☀️.
