Place a small glass mason jar or glass jug into a saucepan with about 5cm of water in it. Turn the heat to medium. Into the jar or jug add the cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax. Stir until completely melted.Add castor oil and essential oils. Remove from heat.In a separate bowl, combine the ground coffee, coconut sugar, raw sugar and pumice powder. Mix together.To achieve a layered effect, spread a small amount of the dry ingredients into the base of your moulds or ice cube tray. Pour some of the melted liquid over the dry ingredients and mix slightly with a fork. Leave for 1 minute before adding another layer of the dry mix. Pour the remaining liquid over the top. Let sit for 1 minute before topping with remaining dry ingredients.Leave to set for 10 minutes. Pop into the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden completely.Remove from moulds. Store your Peppermint Coffee Scrub Bars in a sealed glass jar in a cool dry place out of sunlight.
Rub the Peppermint Coffee Scrub Bar over your entire body, concentrating on areas you feel need extra attention. Let the nourishing grains, powders, butters and waxes work their magic on your skin whilst enjoying the invigorating and uplifting scent of the essential oils.When done, rinse off and gently pat yourself dry.Take care getting out of the shower as the butters and castor oil may make things slippery.
